Our partnership has expanded significantly, growing from 150 to over 750 locations nationwide, spanning high street establishments to airport stores. Throughout this growth, we have prioritised maintaining our Engineering, Service, and Compliance standards.

A pivotal moment occurred in 2013 when we transitioned from paper-based systems to a comprehensive database and cloud infrastructure. This national rollout of PDA and Portal usage for remote engineers and managers facilitated efficient management of planned maintenance, reactive tasks, and projects while ensuring quality service delivery.

Today, we proudly maintain a national reactive attendance SLA of 91% with an first-time fix rate of 87%. We are honoured to manage the entire estate for the tenth consecutive year.
