At Oxford Air Conditioning we understand how important a well trained and highly skilled workforce is for our clients. Our engineers, contractors and designers are fully trained, both technically and with regards to health and safety.
In the past we have placed our apprentices on courses at two leading colleges, Bath College and Eastleigh College. In turn our engineers are now responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment at both of these facilities.
As our client base is diverse and wide, from small offices to airports, all our engineers must have a broad range of technical knowledge and practical skills to enable them to carry out their work safely and correctly.

Training with Oxford Air Conditioning is a continuous process. Throughout a career with us we continually invest in all our engineers training and professional development.
In an industry where new technologies immerse and regulation changes, it is vital for our employees and contractors to continually improve their product and fault finding knowledge.
All our contractors are subject to constant evaluation including on-site monitoring and quality checks, this helps us to re-train relevant engineers where necessary to maintain our highest levels of service.
To maintain our high standards of service and customer care we insist that all companies and contractors that work with us must be approved under the Oxford Air Conditioning Safepartner scheme.
