Key Responsibilities – Repair Engineer

Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs on a range of air conditioning systems, including split, VRV/VRF, and multi-split systems.

  • Carry out reactive maintenance and emergency repairs across commercial, industrial, and residential sites.
  • Perform routine servicing and inspections in accordance with manufacturer and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate job records and communicate clearly with clients and office staff.
  • Ensure all work is completed to high safety and quality standards, adhering to relevant regulations and company procedures.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on system performance, repairs, and energy-efficient improvements.

Requirements

  • City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (or equivalent).
  • F-Gas Certification (Category 1) – Essential.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in air conditioning fault-finding and repairs.
  • Strong understanding of electrical fault diagnostics.
  • Full UK driving licence – Essential.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Right to work in the UK.
