We are both very happy with the A.C. it is working well, and we were very pleased with the high standard of workmanship from the guys who completed the installation. It's always a concern for us when anyone drills into the walls of our house, they've done a brilliant job. If we do decide to get A.C. anywhere else in the house in the future, then we will definitely use Oxford Air again
